Purchased 2 tickets to wicked in Orlando online.Tickets arrived for another show not Wicked.
Called song-ticketing customer service to report the error and was told that all salesare final. i told them this is not the show that we ordered and sent tickets back ASAP. Also of note the tickets we origionally recieved were for a show more then 2 months away giving song ticketing plenty of time to resell the tickets we I once again called song ticketing customer service and was told sorry your fault nothing we can do. Realizing we were getting nowhere Icalled my credit card company to dispute charge.
I'm not sure how this will end yet but will be much more carefull from now on.
Song-ticketing has the worst customer service I have seen in a long time.I think they are crooks.
